ABOUT US

ANNALISE JOY OVEREEM

FOUNDER

A happy red and tan australian kelpie dog named Tilly, sitting on a couch, smiling at the camera.

Annalise is a dog lover, psychology graduate, social work student, and proud human to Tilly. She created Collective Barks to give dog people a way to slow down and actually notice the small stuff, the weird habits, the everyday joy, and all the things we’ll want to remember later but definitely won’t if we don’t write them down.

TILLY

Tilly is an unemployed Australian Kelpie with no plans to change that. She is the co-founder, best friend, muse, and CEO of when work actually happens (because everything revolves around nap times and walk times). She continues to shape everything we do, usually from the comfort of the couch.

CO-FOUNDER

A girl sitting on a gray couch with a brown dog, both wearing beige hoodies. The girl is looking at the dog, and the dog is looking to the side, inside a living room.

Collective Barks is the child of one dog mum and her very underqualified assistant (hi, Tilly), born in a small apartment full of big ideas and probably a few dog toys.

It all started because I had this weirdly specific fear that I’d forget the moments that feel huge now, but might fade away like a dog poo in autumn leaves. So I made something for people like me: dog owners who want to remember it all, without the pressure of daily journaling or guilt if life gets busy.

This little business is run from a cozy corner of the world by just me and Tilly, and when you buy from Collective Barks, you're supporting a real small biz powered by passion, coffee, and more dog hair than I’d like to admit.

Thanks for being here. We’re so glad you found us.

Tail wags and wet noses,
xoxo
